Heating and room-darkening blinds. Kitchen Open to the dining table: hob, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, pans, dishes, cutlery and wine glasses. Balcony Facing the coast and the open sea. In the building The pool is open from October 15, 2026, to April 30, 2027. Operating Hours Tuesday to Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday: CLOSED (Maintenance) Tuesday to Sunday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday: CLOSED (Maintenance). Lift, doorman and a shared laundry room. Heating in the flat. It has no parking space of its own, though there is paid parking close by. Pergola installation work is currently underway on the 28th-floor terrace. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Access restriction: For safety reasons, access to the terrace will remain restricted through October 14.

Guest Access
🔑 Getting into the apartment 📲 24 hours before you arrive we message you by message with everything you need, including the lockbox code. 🕒 Registration at reception: building access is controlled. On arrival you check in in person and present ID for yourself and every guest on the booking. This is required by the building management. 🔐 Lockbox: once you have registered, you collect the keys from the lockbox using the code we sent you.
