Living and dining A sofa, a TV unit (Smart TV, no cable) and a dining table for four next to the window, handy for a laptop too. Heating, portable fans and Wi-Fi. Kitchen Island with high stools, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and blender, plus glasses, wine glasses and a full set of cutlery. Terrace A table and chairs against a brick wall, with a wide view of the city, the park and the mountains. In the building Gym, self-service laundry room, lift and 24-hour front desk. Private parking is included for small and medium cars.
