This coastal gem enjoys an inviting living room where you can spread out comfortably after a fantastic day exploring Mendocino. Kick your feet up and relax as you stream an entertaining show or movie on the smart TV or play games. A family room attached to the main living room provides you with a private place to unwind and enjoy a meaningful conversation while the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace keeps you nice and toasty during the winter months. When mealtime comes, put on the chef's apron and surprise your guests with a delicious homemade meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen. Additional perks include a washer/dryer and a wet bar in one of the bedrooms. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property does not support EV charging. Guests are kindly asked to use public EV chargers available in the area. Check-in Form: To ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, we kindly require completion of our short check-in form after booking. This includes signing our standard rental agreement and verifying guest and payment information. It only takes a few minutes and helps us prepare the home for your arrival.
