Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed & 2 Twin beds (sleeps 6), free WIFI available (1 GB speed), Smart TV's (streaming only), heated pool, large 2-story enclosed lanai, elevator, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, garage parking. No Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience. Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement. Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel.
