Please note: No smoking, or vaping permitted in the holiday homes. *Bed linen is provided however, YOU MUST bring your own towels* Damage Deposit: Please be aware we take a £100.00 damage deposit on all bookings. This is a pre-authorised temporary hold of £100.00 which is completed on the day of check in and released back after checks. The money doesn't physically get taken (in/out) as a transaction but will hold the £100.00. Therefore this must be available on the card you pay with.
