Welcome to Scottsdale Sunshine Retreat — your stylish desert escape just minutes from Old Town, dining, shopping, golf, and everything Scottsdale is famous for. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home sleeps up to 10 and is designed for relaxation, fun, and effortless indoor–outdoor living. With a private pool, putting green, and spacious lounge areas, this home is the perfect getaway for families, golf trips, and small groups. Step into a bright, inviting home where comfort meets desert charm. The open-concept living area features an oversized sectional sofa that converts into a full-size sleeper, perfect for additional guests. Enjoy movie nights on the large Smart TV, or hang out in the game area featuring a dedicated work desk and shuffleboard table. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to cook, gather, and entertain — whether you’re whipping up breakfast before hitting the town or enjoying dinner after a day in the sun. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Bedroom 1: King bed, Smart TV, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Smart TV Bedroom 3: Two Full beds Bathroom 2: Shared full bathroom with tub/shower combo Living Room: Oversized sectional w/ full-size sleeper Backyard Oasis: Your private outdoor playground awaits! Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $110 per day. Pool heating is available all year but due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
