The Master bedroom downstairs features a Queen bed with access to the full bathroom with tub/shower combo, TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with Twin over Twin on the bottom and an additional Twin bed, vanity with sink, and private deck. The living room offers a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. The additional full bathroom is on the upper level along with full kitchen, dining room with seating for 6. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to prepare all your family meals, Keurig coffee maker, and there is a stacked washer/dryer to provide all the comforts of home. The Villa de los Pinos complex is located on the Red Line shuttle and walking distance to the Vons shopping center, restaurants, movie theatre, Mammoth Creek park and playground, walking trails, Starbucks and even the new bowling alley complete with golf simulator. A short shuttle ride and you can access Eagle Lodge or Canyon Lodge for ski access. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The condo comes with two outdoor parking spaces, there is 1 step to enter, and 2 levels inside, and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. No smoking and no pets allowed.
