Monument Manor is Joshua Tree’s premier neighborhood, offering immediate park access and breathtaking craggy vistas. ◎ Joshua Tree National Park (West Entrance) – 30 seconds ◎ The Dez / Joshua Tree Village – 3 minutes ◎ Joshua Tree Saloon & Farmers' Market – 3 minutes ◎ Noah Purifoy Outdoor Desert Art Museum – 15 minutes ◎ Pioneertown & Pappy & Harriet’s – 20 minutes ◎ Palm Springs – 45 minutes ◎ POOL AND HOT TUB HEATING: The above ground hot tub is always free to heat. However, during the cooler months, there are extra charges for pool heating, see below. If you want the pool heated during these months, please let us know 48 hours before you arrive. ◎ Extra Charges for Pool Heating: ✓ May/September: $150 per night ✓ October and April: $200 per night ✓ November, December, March: $300 per night ✓ January, February: $300 per night ◎ EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees. ◎ DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. No other types of animals are authorized. ◎ SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us! ◎ CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program. ◎ ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow.
