Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • Washer and dryer in home. • Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles. Guests will be given their parking passes at the gate. • The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.
