Discover an authentic seaside experience in our cozy two-story home. At Mar Vista, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay with beautiful views of the impressive desert and the stunning Sea of Cortez. Our home features two bedrooms on the ground floor, each with queen beds for a restful night's sleep. They share a full bathroom, providing all the amenities you need. The open-concept living room and kitchen provide a cozy space to relax and spend time with your loved ones. From the living room, you can easily access our private outdoor pool, perfect for cooling off and enjoying the sunny weather. It's an ideal spot to unwind after exploring the surrounding area. To access the second floor, head outside and climb the exterior staircase located next to the house. There you'll find the master bedroom with a king bed and its own private bathroom. It's a peaceful retreat where you can retire at the end of the day and enjoy a restful sleep. At MarVista, we strive to offer a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Book now and discover everything our home has to offer! Important Information for Your Stay: ADDRESS: The exact address will be available once you confirm your reservation. ARRIVAL: You will receive access instructions one day before check-in. Please confirm your estimated arrival time and notify us 15 minutes before so our team can provide access to the property. Check-in: After 3:00 P.M. Before entering, we ensure that previous guests have checked out, cleaning and maintenance services have been performed, and sheets and towels are ready. DEPARTURE: Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. We appreciate your cooperation to prepare the place for the next guest. PARKING: You will have parking space in front of the house and on the street. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION: This unit is smoke-free. Smoking inside the accommodation is prohibited, but you may smoke in our patio (a $500 fine will be applied for smoking inside). PETS: We allow 1 dog per stay (under 25 pounds) with a fee of $75 each. Pets should not be left alone unless they are in a crate. A $200 USD cash pet deposit is required at check-in, refundable if no damage is caused. BARBECUE: The grill is charcoal; you must bring your own charcoal. POOL: The guest is responsible for all members under their reservation, complying with Pool rules, and ensuring everyone's safety. We clean the Pool daily, but being in a desert environment, occasional sand presence is possible. We appreciate your understanding. NO PARTIES WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION: Inform us in advance of any event or celebration. In case of hosting a party without notification, we may be forced to terminate the reservation. TOWELS AND SUPPLIES: For your convenience, we provide 2 bath towels per bed, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels for the kitchen, a dishwashing sponge, dish soap, a shampoo and conditioner dispenser in each bathroom, as well as garbage bags. If you ever need more supplies during your stay, we are happy to arrange a shopping service to ensure you have everything you need. INSECTS/INEVITABLE OR ANIMAL NATIVE TO THE DESERT: Alongside excellent cleaning, our home undergoes periodic pest treatments. Given that San Felipe is situated in a desert environment, it's important to note that there are insects and animals native to this habitat that may appear depending on the season (they particularly enjoy summer!). As mentioned, the house is treated and thoroughly cleaned after each rental. We have limited control over these insects and animals and will not provide compensation for such occurrences. Therefore, to help prevent them, we kindly ask for your cooperation: Keep doors and windows closed at all times. Clean thoroughly after cooking and eating. Store food inside the refrigerator. Regularly empty indoor trash and dispose of it in outdoor bins. Access to the beach might pose challenges for adults, minors, or those averse to walking. For those who prefer not to walk, we provide a beach shuttle service for your convenience.
