The studio is located on Rue de Turenne, a charming street nestled in the heart of the Marais known for its elegant atmosphere and historical character. It will provide you with a privileged location in the heart of this historic district and just a stone's throw from the famous Place des Vosges. Le Marais is known for its cultural dynamism. Our property is perfectly optimized and can accommodate up to 2 people. Our beautiful 15m2 studio with mezzanine is designed in a modern and minimalist style, with clean lines and contemporary materials. It is located on the 1st floor without an elevator and consists of : - An open, equipped, and functional kitchen: refrigerator, induction hob, oven, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle - A living space with a dining table, television, and sofa. - The mezzanine, which houses a double bed, is located above the main space and is accessible by stairs. The space is designed to provide a comfortable sleeping area while maximizing floor space. - A modern bathroom with shower, sink, towel rack & toilet - Optimized storage space for your personal belongings. - Television and High-Speed Internet (WiFi) - Bed linens and towels provided by us.
