Professionally cleaned before every stay, so you can settle in and relax straight away. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom: 1 double bed | Living Room: 1 double sofa bed The living area is a wonderful space to unwind, featuring a smart flat-screen TV and a dining table with chairs. Step outside to your private balcony — please note smoking is not permitted on the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience, and electric floor heating keeps things cosy during the cooler months. The apartment has a full bathroom. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We're flexible where we can be — just keep us in the loop! Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Damage deposit: A refundable deposit of £800 is required before arrival, processed via a third-party provider (Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire) and returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection. Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Smoking: Non-smoking throughout, including the balcony. Events: Not suitable for parties or events. Fitzrovia is known for its independent restaurants, creative agencies, and lively Charlotte Street dining scene. Soho, immediately to the south, is London’s entertainment heart, packed with theatres, bars, restaurants, and an eclectic mix of people at all hours. Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Goodge Street underground stations are all within minutes, giving superb connections across the city. Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice).
