This 3-bedroom, 2-bath house sleeps up to 6 and features sea views, a private hot tub, and easy access to beaches, trails, and the Del Mar Recreation Center. Settle into a comfortable Sea Ranch home designed for relaxed coastal days and cozy nights. The living area offers plenty of room to gather after exploring the shoreline, and a DVD player for movie nights. Step outside to enjoy sea views, a backyard with outdoor seating, and a BBQ grill for easy alfresco meals. Unwind in the private hot tub, or head to the year-round communal pool at the Del Mar Recreation Center when you’re ready for a swim. A private washer and dryer add convenience to longer stays. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this home works well for families and small groups looking for a simple, well-located base near the ocean. Please see photos to ensure it’s a good fit. • WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Sea Ranch’s rural/remote location, internet speed and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable and are not guaranteed. • Communal Pool: The communal pool is located at the Del Mar Recreation Center and is open year-round. • Pet Policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please choose a different Grand Welcome home if you plan to travel with pets. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
