On the lower level, a second living room provides a separate space for movies or games. Three bedrooms on the main floor include a king, a queen, and a full. Two additional queen bedrooms and a queen pullout couch are located downstairs. With three full bathrooms, the layout comfortably accommodates families or groups. Outdoors, the fenced backyard feels private and the outdoor shower is ideal after a day at the beach. A large circular driveway provides parking for four cars.
