A two bay parking garage is in the enclosed basement with with lift access to the apartment on the 7th floor. The complex has good security. A cleaning service is provided Monday to Friday except on public holidays and weekends. Lazy Lizard is situated on the Umdloti beachfront with direct access to the Umdloti promenade and the natural tidal pool that Umdloti is famous for. Only 2 vehicles per unit are allowed on premises. Designated parking bays must be used. 2. Domestic refuse must be placed in plastic bags and must be deposited in bins provided on each floor. No littering allowed. 3. Our guards are here for our safety. Please be respectful to them. 4. No animals or pets allowed in building or units. 5. Please do not feed the monkeys. 6. NO wet feet or dripping swimming costumes allowed in building or lift. 7. Respect privacy of neighbours. Loud noise and disorderly conduct must be avoided. 8. Common areas are NO SMOKING/NO ALCOHOL DRINKING areas. Smoking in designated areas next to exit gate. NO SMOKING IN UNITS. 9. No eating or drinking or smoking over the balconies railing and use ash trays. No clothing or mats to be hung over balconies. 10 No party functions OF ANY SORT ALLOWED IN ANY UNITS.. 11 Max no. of persons allowed to occupy a unit is 6 for a 3 bedroom unit and 8 for 4 bedroom unit. 12 Rules pertaining to the use of the swimming pool displayed at the pool must be followed. No alcohol, glass or smoking allowed etc. This is a family friendly building. Please ensure to where appropriate swimming attire. 13 No firearms, pellet guns or fireworks may be discharged in the building. 14 Building 24/7 under camera surveillance. All guests will be required to sign these rules and hand into the security on arrival.
