Our charming 3 bedroom ranch is located in a safe, very quiet neighborhood 1.4 miles from Christiana Hospital and close to University of Delaware and tax free shopping at Christiana Mall. Delaware Park racetrack/casino is right down the street. There's a driveway for parking and we also have plenty of free on street parking. Our back deck has a beautiful view of a park, the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee! We provide professional housekeeping every other week for all common areas **Just upgraded**!! Added half bath, dedicated laundry and renovated full bathroom with bidet toilet with warm water jet, heated seat and heated blow dryer! This is the largest of our three Airbnb rooms in our Newark house. It features hardwood floors, all brand new furniture including a Queen sized bed with a premium Sealy pillow top mattress, super comfy ultra soft linens, large dresser, dressing mirror, new 43in HDTV with Netflix, Disney+, Discovery+, Hulu live and Amazon prime, a wall mounted desk perfect for private studying and a ceiling fan with soft, warm lighting. There's an apartment downstairs with other guests so please be aware of that! It's located in a very quiet, safe blue collar neighborhood just 1.4 miles from Christiana Hospital. The house's backyard backs up to a large park with a disc golf course, playground and scenic white clay Creek. There are two other Airbnb bedrooms in this house that share all the common areas like kitchen, laundry, full and half bath. The 3 Airbnb rooms, including this room, are in close proximity to each other. We hope to attract friendly people, however, we understand if you just like to be antisocial sometimes and just veg out on Netflix, that's perfectly ok too. We also have external security cameras on the premises as well as automatic outdoor lights so the outside is well lit all night long.
