Grassy areas on both sides of the pool are perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. The complex is next to Torrecilla Beach and a 5-minute walk from Nerja's old town and the famous Balcón de Europa. It's in an excellent location, with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops close by. This ground floor apartment is bright and modern, with air conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms. - Lounge & dining: Comfortable sofa, armchair, flat-screen TV and a dining table for four. Sliding doors open onto the terrace. - Terrace: A private covered terrace with outdoor table and chairs, looking straight over the pool.
