Our charming 3 bedroom ranch is located in a safe, very quiet, blue collar neighborhood 1.4 miles from Christiana Hospital and close to University of Delaware and tax free shopping at Christiana Mall. Delaware Park racetrack/casino is right down the street. There's a driveway to park and we have plenty of free on-street parking. Our back deck has a beautiful view of a park, the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee! There are 3 rooms at this location upstairs There is a Queen sized bed, beautiful new, country chic furniture including nightstand, dresser, fold down wall mount desk and chair and 32in HDTV. Very close to Christiana Hospital and close to Churchman's Crossing train station for public rail to Philly and PHL airport. Also close to UD. We highly recommend having a car at this location. There are two other Airbnb bedrooms in this house upstairs that share common areas including the bathroom. We hope to attract friendly people, however we understand if you just like to be antisocial sometimes and just veg out on Netflix, that's perfectly ok too. We also have external security cameras on the premises as well as automatic outdoor lights so the outside is well lit all night long.
