Located right next to the Grands Boulevards, you'll love strolling through the stores of Galeries Lafayette and Printemps Haussmann... In around 14 minutes on foot, discover the excitement of the Opéra Garnier, stroll the picturesque streets and discover the Parisian passages, hidden gems steeped in history, charm and character. Here are just a few of the most remarkable: Passage Jouffroy, Passage des Panoramas... You can also get to Les Halles, a 15-minute walk away! You'll love its stores, cafés and restaurants. This studio's location is a real treasure for those who want to immerse themselves in the heart of Parisian effervescence. With easy access to a multitude of activities and landmarks, this comfortable space is the perfect place for those who want to live the Parisian experience to the full. Close to public transport, you'll have easy access to the 4 corners of the capital and its many wonders: the Eiffel Tower, the Moulin Rouge, the Sacré Coeur... Charming 24m2 studio located on the ground floor of a secure building. It comprises: - A fully-equipped and functional open kitchen: fridge, hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine... - A living room with double bed and TV - A bathroom with shower and WC - A pretty terrace - Storage space - Bed linen and towels provided - High-speed Internet access This apartment is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental. It aims to facilitate tenant mobility, particularly for professional or educational reasons. The 9th arrondissement of Paris, located on the right bank of the Seine, is one of the city's most dynamic, eclectic and emblematic districts. It's renowned for its cultural vibrancy, iconic venues, art scene and lively nightlife. It's a district where city effervescence meets neighborhood life. You'll find lively streets, shops, markets and a true Parisian atmosphere every day. In short, the 9th arrondissement is a versatile neighborhood, offering total immersion in the Parisian effervescence of culture, entertainment, delicious cuisine and dynamic urban life. I highly recommend the following restaurants located close to the apartment: Mamacita Taqueria, a very good Mexican restaurant; Bambou, a Thai restaurant; Bouillon Julien offering typically French cuisine... WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our premises near the Arc de Triomphe. We'll make sure your arrival goes smoothly, and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have."
