With easy access to tourist attractions such as Avenida dos Aliados and the River Douro, the location is perfect for a memorable experience in Porto. The Campo 24 de Agosto metro station is just an 8-minute walk away. In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied. If you require a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day). If you lose the key, a replacement fee will apply (price upon request). If you leave the key inside the apartment and require our team’s assistance to open the door, there will be a €40 charge after 7 PM. If the key is left in the lock and a technical intervention is needed, the cost will be determined upon request. We offer a transfer service that will take you directly to the apartment! The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff access to the property for inspections whenever requested, with monthly visits scheduled for this purpose.
