A309 features 13 feet of floor to ceiling sliding glass panels across the western view of the gulf, and a large picture window facing the beach to the south. To perfect the view there is a custom tempered glass rail, hence, no "picket fence" view like many other condos. With our design you enjoy the ambiance of a totally unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. Many other condos feature a fixed screen that makes it impossible to take good sunset pictures. Our design uses sliding screens, which enables you to take great sunset photos from the comfort of the lanai. You can see one of these sunset photos in the gallery.
