Our brand-new sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub overlooking the Atlantic have just been completed for you to enjoy! Picture yourself here in the two bedroom, two bathroom sweet sunrise suite! Sleeping 4-6 guests, this home has two queen sized beds, two twin sized beds and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sandy beach Daytona Shores is famous for! This fourth-floor condo features a fully stocked kitchen complete with an oven, stove, microwave, full-sized fridge, and breakfast bar. The kitchen flows into an open-concept living space with a flat-screen TV, a comfy queen-sized sofa bed, and a spacious beachfront balcony! The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a private en-suite bathroom, and sliding doors with access to the beach-front balcony. Around the corner is a second bedroom with two twin beds as well as a full private bathroom with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries for your stay. Enjoy free high-speed Wireless Internet and Roku Smart TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps!(Please note, this unit does NOT include cable TV) Brew your morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise from your private balcony. Daytona Beach is famous for its motorsports, events, golfing, shopping, and, of course, iconic white sand beaches! Guests who bring service animals must complete an application 30 days before arrival for Sunglow HOA Board approval. - The concierge desk in the lobby is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. - The beach is accessible directly from the property. Our brand-new sparkling pool and relaxing hot tub overlooking the Atlantic have just been completed for you to enjoy! -The outdoor beach shower tower is located on the pool deck, allowing for quick cleans after a trip on the beach. - This property does not have Cable TV. Thanks for understanding. - Guests will only receive one parking permit upon arrival. Additional vehicles will have to be parked offsite at a location of their choosing.
