Amalia is a luxurious, modern villa perched on the cliff of Guana Bay, a private gated community in Dutch Sint-Maarten. As you enter the villa and out to the terrace, the richly variegated scenery expands into a panoramic view filled with a profusion of color and texture. The blues of the Caribbean and tropical sky are accented by white clouds. At dusk, brilliant sunsets create colorful backdrops for evening entertainment. The villa has a stylish attitude, gentle breezes, sophisticated designs, gorgeous fixtures and fittings, spacious rooms and the most breath-taking views you will see anywhere in the world. The villa combines six main living spaces; the pool room, upper level bedroom wing, lower level main living space and kitchen, pool and exterior dining/lounging spaces, a gym and lastly a spa. The spacious great room is a comfortable living and entertaining area well suited to large families or groups of friends. The room combines a lounge area with Smart TV, Dish TV, Netflix and a sound system plus a sleek, modern kitchen and dining area. Large unfettered windows visually frame the magnificent view. Outside the great room are spacious exterior areas for relaxing, dining al fresco and swimming. Inspired by the view’s shades of blue, the stunning custom pool. Surrounding the pool are plentiful spaces to lounge, relax and enjoy the view and sun. Although Amalia is wonderfully secluded, you are close to the island’s rich amenities. You are two minutes drive away from the charming Dutch capital of Philipsburg with restaurants, shops, galleries, and historic buildings. Its 15 minutes to the airport and 25 minutes to Grand Case, where you’ll also find shopping, dining and beaches.
