First Level The lower level features two comfortable bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom includes a double bed, while the second offers two single beds. A private parking space for one car is also available on this level. Second Level (Main Living Area) The heart of the villa is the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, designed for easy indoor-outdoor living. This level opens onto two distinct outdoor spaces: East Side: A charming dining area with a small private pool (2.20 x 4.20 m, 1.10 m depth) overlooking Dokos Island. Ideal for sunbathing, relaxing swims, and enjoying home-cooked meals with a view. West Side: A cozy sitting area with a wooden pergola, offering natural shade—perfect for peaceful breakfasts and morning coffee. A private BBQ is also located on this side, creating a great setting for outdoor dining. Third Level The top floor features two bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom. Shared Spaces A shared BBQ area (subject to availability) is located in the central patio of the complex, with views extending to Spetses. Pool safety warning: Please note that the pool does not have any safety guards for children/infants. The property can provide you with a safety net, upon request, which you will need to install. By finalizing your reservation, you accept that you are the only one responsible in case of any accident and not the property. Housekeeping and linens change is available every three days .
