The driveway is shared with the homeowners. - Fully stocked kitchen w/ Keurig coffee maker - Living room - No backyard/outdoor space for guest use - Please note that the homeowners have a dog that you may hear or see during your stay. It is possible that there will be interactions with the homeowners dog during your stay. Note: - No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced) - No Smoking on the property, this include the interior or exterior. - The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety. - Smart TVs with streaming capabilities (no local channels or cable). - NO PETS - Down alternative pillows and duvets. You might see or hear their dog, and occasional interactions with the dog are possible. - Since this is a quiet, family-friendly area, we kindly ask that noise is kept to a minimum, especially in the evenings, and that only registered guests stay on the property. - While this home doesn’t have outdoor space for guest use, beautiful natural spots are just a short drive away, ready for you to explore! - We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities.
