Our newly remodeled modern Studio includes a private balcony, electric fireplace, new furnishings, butcher block wooden countertops, Expanded Cable, private High-Speed WiFi and Golden Tee arcade game connected to TV. Cozy queen Bed and a leather couch with new memory foam queen sleeper. On site outdoor & indoor pool, two hot tubs, clubhouse, playground, and picnic/grill.

House Rules and Terms

Absolutely No Smoking of any kind allowed. Any evidence of smoking or pets will result in forfeiture of Security Deposit. My HOA has a strict - No Pet Policy. We fully comply with FDA Service Animal requests, however Emotional Support Animals(ESA) are not permitted. Service Animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for persons with disabilities are welcomed. Comfort or Emotional Support Animals are not Service Animals, and therefore not permitted. I apologize for any inconvenience, this is an HOA rule that is strictly enforced, of which I have no control over.
