Absolutely No Smoking of any kind allowed. Any evidence of smoking will result in forfeiture of Security Deposit.
My HOA has a strict - No Pet Policy. We fully comply with FDA Service Animal requests, however Emotional Support Animals(ESA) are not permitted. Service Animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for persons with disabilities are welcomed. Comfort or Emotional Support Animals are not Service Animals, and therefore not permitted. I apologize for any inconvenience, this is an HOA rule that is strictly enforced, of which I have no control over.
