This 100m², three-level apartment is fully air-conditioned for your ultimate comfort and located on the ground floor within a beautiful tree-lined courtyard. It includes: On the Ground Floor (43m²): • 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (high-end hotel-quality bedding), TV, Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine, and a rechargeable smartphone battery • 1 bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet • 1 closet with a washer/dryer On the First Floor (41m²): • 1 living room with a sofa bed, television, and Wi-Fi for entertainment and staying connected • 1 dining area with a table and chairs for 6 people • 1 open-plan kitchen fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, and dishwasher) • 1 bathroom with a shower and sink • 1 separate toilet In the Basement (22m²): • 1 TV lounge area and fitness room (exercise bike, ab machine, and yoga mat) The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest, and the cleaning is done by a professional to ensure a spotless space upon your arrival. If you arrive before 7 p.m., we would be delighted to welcome you in person. If you arrive after 7 p.m., we offer two check-in options: Option 1: Paid service (€30) with personal welcome at the apartment, introduction to the apartment and its amenities Option 2: Free service, where we send you instructions to collect the keys from a keybox and access the apartment independently Please inform us of your arrival time and chosen option. LOCATION You will be in the heart of the action with our central location near Rue Etienne Marcel and Rue Montorgueil, famous for their shops, cafés, and restaurants. Nearby, you will also find the Grands Boulevards, the Grevin Museum, Galeries Lafayette, and Place de l'Opéra. A 15-minute walk from the Louvre Museum. CULTURE AND ENTERTAINMENT For a dose of culture and entertainment, explore the many nearby theaters, such as Théâtre Le Comedia, Théâtre du Gymnase, Grand Rex (one of the most beautiful cinemas in Paris), and Théâtre de la Renaissance.
