Downstairs: There is a fully self-contained lower level with kitchenette including a small fridge, dishwasher, oven, cooktop and dining for 6 people and a lounge area with views out onto the large grassed and fenced front yard with fire pit. There is a huge games room with pool table, books & games. Bedrooms four & five have queen beds, while bedroom six includes two single beds. The toilet is separate to the bathroom with a shower, vanity & heat lamp. Laundry with washing machine & dryer. Upstairs: A very inviting open plan family, dining table for 8 people, kitchen space including a dishwasher, microwave, pantry, electric cooktop and oven, fridge, coffee machine, tv and cosy lounges. There are sea views from all of the windows across the front or on the full-length balcony of the home. Reverse Cycle Split system. Bedroom one includes a queen bed and ceiling fan. Bedroom two has 2 single beds and ceiling fan. Bedroom Three has a double bed and ceiling fan. The bathroom includes a bath, shower, vanity, heat lamp and there is a separate toilet. Bathrooms with separate toilets both upstairs and down was very convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed. All the little things were there, including extra deckchairs and rugs for relaxing evenings on the balcony. It was easy to keep clean and tidy. A perfect distance for a walk to the beach.
