Our home is carefully curated and professionally managed & cleaned, designed to ensure a memorable stay, creating a perfect blend of comfort, functionality, and relaxation. 🛏️ Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements Primary Suite – Features a king bed, private balcony, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom – Includes a queen bed. Located on the ground floor for easy access. Bunk Room – Great for kids or extra guests with two twin-over-full bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom. Bonus Sleeping Spaces – A queen size air mattress cot in the den is perfect for kids or extra guests. 🚿 Bathrooms 3 Full Bathrooms – Modern designs with walk-in showers and a soaking tub. 1 Half Bathroom – Conveniently located off the living area for guest use. 🍽️ Living & Dining Spaces Open-concept living area with plush seating, a large TV, and plenty of natural light. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included. All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy! This home is equipped with central heating & air. 🚗 Parking Off-street garage parking for 2 vehicles + ample free street parking in the neighborhood. **Please note, the garage is only included with this house from May 1st to September 30th, it is not accessible in the winter months (October through April). For reservations during those months, it is street parking only (of which there is always plenty) Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay. PET POLICY: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and/or breed restrictions may apply. MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: To book this property, the primary guest must be 25+ years old. The booking guest must personally occupy the property for the full stay and may not reserve on behalf of others. Any fraudulent, third-party, or underage booking may be cancelled immediately without refund and may result in removal from the property without notice. TAMPERING WITH SECURITY DEVICES: Tampering with exterior cameras, WiFi equipment, smart locks, or safety devices is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal without refund. QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. Parties, gatherings, celebrations, or events of any kind are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing prior to booking. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. There is a ZERO tolerance policy. NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. CHECKOUT EXPECTATIONS: Please place trash in designated bins outside, load used dishes into the dishwasher or sink, and generally tidy up after yourselves.
