Although the mythical jazz clubs of the 1950s are now rare, and you don't see tourists on the terrace of the Café de Flore any more than intellectuals, it has retained a pleasant atmosphere, between bourgeois-bohemian and Parisian luxury. It is one of the most emblematic - and most expensive - districts of Paris.
