The location of Cloud City Castle is one of the main reasons we chose to manage it - it's amazing! You're only 2 blocks from Harrison Street, Leadville's Main Street, but the neighborhood itself is quiet, peaceful and safe. The house has a shared courtyard (with the West Wing) with a hot tub and plenty of indoor space! License # 002060 This property is NOT pet friendly. This property does not have air conditioning. If it snows more than several inches, look for snow removal signs to make sure you don't violate any temporary parking rules. Since this unit is part of a duplex, there can be some noise transfer from unit to unit. As such, please respect our quiet hours policy of 10PM to 8AM daily. Must climb stairs to get to 2 of the bedrooms. Staying in the mountains offers a unique and nature-immersed experience, characterized by a rustic charm. You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants. Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
