Experience authentic Parisian living in this charming apartment, which offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and classic style. It is located on the 2nd floor without elevator. Ideally located, our apartment plunges you into the heart of Parisian history with the legendary Champs-Élysées, an avenue known worldwide for its theaters, cinemas, elegant cafés and, of course, luxury boutiques. They are just a few minutes away, creating a natural link between Parisian glamour and your exclusive stay. At the end of the Champs-Élysées and offering an exceptional panoramic view of the city from its summit, with its imposing architecture, the Arc de Triomphe is a symbol of French grandeur and bravery. What's more, just a short walk from your accommodation is the Palais de l'Élysée, official residence of the President of the French Republic, and the Place de la Concorde. This location allows you to explore Paris using easily accessible public transport. You can reach all 4 corners of the capital and discover the city's various emblematic sites: the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum, the Sacré Coeur... This elegant apartment comprises: - An open, functional, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine... - A bright living room with a large sofa, side table, dining table, TV and air-conditioning, - A bright first bedroom with double bed, closet, air-conditioning and en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. - A second bedroom with double bed, closet and air-conditioning unit - A third bedroom with double bed, closet and air-conditioning unit - A bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC - Storage space - Bed linen and towels are provided. - High-speed Internet connection (WiFi) This apartment is available for a mobility lease ONLY. The mobility lease is a type of short-term furnished rental. It is designed to facilitate the mobility of tenants, particularly those who have to move for professional reasons (transfer or assignment), students, young people in training, work-study programs or internships. Paris's 8th arrondissement is a showcase of sophistication, history and glamour in the heart of the French capital. Renowned for its emblematic avenues, prestigious monuments and resolutely chic atmosphere, it's seductive for its refinement. The Champs-Élysées offer a luxury shopping experience, close to the Palais de l'Élysée and the Palais Garnier, historic and cultural landmarks. Parc Monceau offers a peaceful interlude. WEEKEND arrival Saturday or Sunday: between 3pm and 11pm Keys will be collected from our office near the Arc de Triomphe.
