This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV. Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is a main-level walk-in unit with 2 steps required. • Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot on a first come, first served basis. • Parking passes are required and can be obtained upon arrival. Guests must visit the resort’s fitness center front desk to pick up the passes. A $30 fee, payable to the resort at the time of arrival, covers the cost of the parking passes and provides access to the community pool. • Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested. • Pet Policy: Bringing a dog? We’re pet-friendly! A $125 pet fee per stay will be applied. THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. • This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional flat Pet Fee of $125 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. • Please note that this home has a sister unit, Creek View Near the Landing. Larger parties are encouraged to book the combined listing composed of both condos, Creekside Duo Near the Landing, to grant access to both. • Please note that this home does not offer laundry facilities. • Portable crib provided. • The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. This enviable location places you within minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
