🏠There are 4 bedrooms with a total of 14 beds and the bed arrangements are as follows: 🛏 14 Beds Accommodates 20 guests Master : 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins Room 2 : 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins Room 3 : 1 Queen, 2 Twins Room 4 : 1 Queen, 2 Twins 📌 Reservation Changes, Early Check-Outs, and Moving Dates Please note that shortening your reservation, checking out early, or requesting to move your stay to different dates is treated the same as a cancellation. Once your reservation begins, the dates are blocked exclusively for your group, and we are unable to guarantee rebooking the unused nights on short notice — even during high season. We operate under a rental arbitrage model and carry fixed costs including rent and daily operational expenses for each property. Because of this, we cannot afford to leave the home vacant, and therefore cannot offer refunds or date changes after the reservation has started. We appreciate your understanding. Mail and Delivery Disclosure Dear Guest, As part of our policy, we do not provide mailbox keys to guests. Please be aware that if you order items small enough to fit in the mailbox, they may be delivered there, and you will not be able to retrieve them.
