Designed for comfort, connection, and memorable Island stays, this thoughtfully finished 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is ideal for families, golfers, and beach lovers alike. From the moment you enter, you’ll appreciate the bright, open-concept design, with a convenient laundry area located right at the entrance—perfect after a beach day or round of golf. The main living space flows seamlessly between the living room, dining area, and chef’s kitchen, anchored by a cozy propane fireplace. The living room features plush seating and a Smart TV, while the fully equipped chef’s kitchen offers modern appliances and generous prep space, making meals and entertaining effortless. The primary bedroom is a relaxing retreat with a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. A comfortable queen bedroom and a fun, family-friendly bunk room share the second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The bunk room includes two custom-built double-over-double bunk beds, along with a kids’ play table, toys, books, and a selection of indoor and outdoor games. For safety, we recommend top bunks be used by single occupants under 200 lbs (they may be shared with two children).
