You’ll have private access to the entire main level, including a fully stocked kitchen, spacious living room, and cozy bedrooms designed for comfort. 🌳 Backyard The outdoor space is shared with other guests and features a fire pit, BBQ grill, and an extra-large community hot tub. Gather around the fire pit, enjoy a cookout on the 5-burner propane grill, or soak in the hot tub after a long day. 🛋️ Living Room Relax in the spacious living area with a 65” 4K Roku Smart TV for seamless streaming. The queen-sized pull-out sofa with a memory foam mattress provides additional sleeping space. A Pack 'n Play is available for families traveling with little ones. 🍳 Kitchen The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need, including a variety of pots, pans, spices, and cooking essentials. Start your mornings with fresh coffee from the Keurig, stocked with coffee pods and creamer. 🍽️ Dining Room Enjoy meals together at the 6-person dining table, perfect for takeout, home-cooked meals, or a workspace with natural light. 🛏️ Rooms & Beds Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed 🛁 Bathroom Includes a full-sized bathtub stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, feminine products, and makeup removal wipes. A hairdryer, first aid kit, and extra toiletries are provided. 🧺 Laundry A shared laundry room is available just below the kitchen, complete with a washer, dryer, detergent, iron, and ironing board. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. 🚗 Parking: We live on the corner of a high traffic street, but have plenty of free street parking on our side street and some parking in back off of the alley too! ❄️ Air Conditioning: In the summer, each bedroom has an over-sized window AC unit so you're in control of the temperature. The living room has a free-standing AC unit too. 🍳 Kitchen: We have a full kitchen, but we do not have a dishwasher. 🛁 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at crazy cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°F. Our hot tub heats at about 6°F per hour, which means it will reach 102°F later in the evening if it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening. 📜 City Permit: Don't worry about your stay being cancelled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down.
