The condo complex offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, game room, gas grills, seasonal firewood, and washer/dryer facilities (pay). • Must be 21 or older to book this condo. • This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum. • We always recommend a 4x4 drive for anywhere in the Great Smoky Mountains. The condo features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement water, any car should be fine, but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area. • The fireplace is wood-burning. (bring firewood) • Coffee maker is a Keurig. (bring coffee) • Condo Complex- The Summit Condos of Gatlinburg offers outdoor pool (seasonal), indoor pool and hot tub year round, washer/dryer (pay) and in the main clubhouse area, playground, seating with views, game room (pay) and in the main clubhouse area. • The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day each year, give or take. Do not feed bears or any type of wildlife, and keep your belongings secured and vehicle doors locked at all times. Bears and wildlife are very protected in this area. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.
