THINGS TO NOTE: • Washer and dryer in home. • Lot parking is available for 1 vehicle, with additional street parking available for guests. One dedicated covered parking spot. • Please note this condo and complex does not have a BBQ Grill. • The neighbor’s home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the front door and actively monitoring the exterior hallway and front entrance. * 5 night minimum - Please note: Per HOA, Lounge chairs are not provided by the pool. We do provide a couple pool chairs in the closet at the condo for use. A quick drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. Palm Springs is also known for its mid-century modern architecture and has the largest collection of preserved architecture in the world. The town has Art Deco style luxury rentals, funky design and architecture, tall palms, and mountain backdrops.
