All bedrooms in this villa in Ubud, Bali have stunning garden views and are equipped with private en-suite bathrooms, safety boxes, TV, and one even has bunk beds for you little ones. This villa is indeed one of the most beautiful Bali villas. Step out of your bedroom, you will find large couches for you to hang out while enjoying the beautiful surroundings during your stay here. The little stairs lead you to an enclosed living area with sliding glass doors that allow beautiful natural light into the villa and can be opened at any time if you wish to feel some fresh air. The living area consists of a spacious couch with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining table. This Villa living/common area is semi-open so there's no Air Condition in the living/common area, only in the bedrooms, however the ceiling fan is available and the sliding door also can be open for the natural breeze. Cook some delicious food and make your favorite drink or just enjoy your time with family or friends on the couch while watching a movie. Ubud can be really hot sometimes, but don't worry we got you covered! Take a dip in the refreshing infinity pool surrounded by palm trees and beautiful jungle views and relax on the sun loungers while reading your book and listening to the sounds of nature. Our staff will come daily to clean the villa and our villa host will assist you with all questions and requests that might arise during your stay. He can help you arrange car/scooter rental, taxis, day trips, laundry service, private chefs and more. Please don’t hesitate to contact him. A private car park is situated in front of the villa and will fit scooters and a medium sized car. (Please note that your Netflix and YouTube accounts will be used to log in. Using external vendors is strictly prohibited and will result in a fine of IDR 2.000.000. Waste Management: Contribute to Bali's sustainable efforts by participating in our waste separation program. We provide three bins for organic, inorganic, and residual waste in your villa. Eco-Conscious Amenities: We provide Sensatia Botanicals, a locally founded skincare brand, as bathroom amenities (hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner). Made in Bali with 100% natural, cruelty-free ingredients, this partnership reflects our support for sustainability and local initiatives, including plastic recycling and beach cleanups. Natural Charm: Our villas embrace Bali's tropical beauty, where the sounds of nature—geckos and insects—create a serene ambiance. The open design may occasionally welcome wildlife, despite regular pest control. Geckos, symbols of good luck in Balinese culture, and other creatures are vital to the ecosystem. Cultural Respect: In Ubud and Bukit, monkeys may be present—please refrain from feeding or interacting with them. Surrounding landscapes, like jungles, rice fields, and local farms (e.g., duck, chicken or pig), are not part of the villa property and may be accessed by residents, with changes beyond our control. We appreciate your respect for Bali’s natural and cultural heritage. FAQs Q: What time is the check-in policy? A: Our dedicated staff ensures a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for 1-3 bedroom villas and at 15:00 for 4-6 bedroom villas. Luggage drop-off is welcome after 11:00 as we prepare your villa. Please note, a late check-in fee of IDR 200.000 applies for arrivals after 20:00 to cover staff overtime, as our staff does not stand by the villa all the time. Q: What time is the check-out policy? A: Our check-out time is at 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and involves extra charge. Please note that for any late check-out between 11:00 – 18:00, an additional charge of 50% of the Daily Villa Rate will apply. Any check-out after 18:00, will be charged at a full day's Daily Villa Rate. If you need to store your luggage after check-out time, you are welcome to do so. Q: Is breakfast included in the booking? How do we order the chef's service? A: Breakfast is not included in the room rate. However, you can easily arrange breakfast by contacting our reservation or concierge team. We offer a variety of menu options prepared by our dedicated private chef, right in your villa. The cost is IDR 160.000 per person, with a minimum order for 5 guests. You can indulge in a floating breakfast for an additional fee of IDR 150.000 per tray. For lunch and dinner, we offer enhanced services, including set menus, live BBQ cooking, ethnic cuisines, and even fine dining prepared by a Michelin-star chef, all cooked in the villa. Prices for lunch and dinner start at IDR 450.000 per person. Please note that terms and conditions apply for booking. Daily housekeeping is provided from 9:00 to 17:00. Linens are changed every third day for sustainability. Q: What is the maximum occupancy for this 3-bedroom villa? Can I have extra beds? A: This villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. However, it can host a maximum of 8 guests, with the 7th and 8th guests considered as extra. An additional fee of IDR 365.000/night/person, applies.
