Located in South Scottsdale, El Dorado Escape offers a serene yet accessible setting. The neighborhood features quiet, tree-lined streets and a welcoming community. Just minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale's vibrant arts scene, dining, and shopping, as well as the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt's outdoor trails and parks. Enjoy a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure in this charming area. The pool may be heated during cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per night or $400 per week. Requests and payment must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure it is warmed and ready at check-in. All guests are required to sign a pool use and safety waiver before check-in. A strict zero-tolerance party and event policy is enforced. The City of Scottsdale takes noise complaints very seriously, and violations may result in fines or removal of this listing from hosting platforms. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. For safety and compliance, the home is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera, used only to verify occupancy, monitor disturbances, and respond to emergencies. The property may also include a Minut noise monitoring system, which tracks decibel levels but does not record audio or conversations, ensuring guest privacy while protecting neighborhood peace. Pets are not typically permitted. Exceptions may be considered upon request. If approved—or if a pet is found without authorization—a $175 non-refundable cleaning fee will be applied. Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by housekeeping. Please arrange any changes in advance to avoid this charge.
