The Neighborhood: Our home is nestled in an up and coming neighborhood - within a quick drive from the glories of Graceland or a night on the town boogeying down to Beale Street! • We're happy to host you and your furry friend! We do have a pet fee of $75 per pet, per stay. • Our neighbors are very sensitive to noise - in order to respect the peace in the community we do have noise monitoring devices indoors and outdoors. These devices do not record audio but will measure your decibel levels to ensure they're in line with our neighborhood restrictions and quiet hours. •Please do not move any furniture in the home - *A minimum charge of $100 will be billed to guest if any pieces of furniture have been moved
