The house sleeps 8 across one private bedroom suite, a sleeping loft with two queen beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Two full bathrooms (both ensuite) make morning and evening routines easy. Relax in the living area after a day out, or step into the backyard for fresh air and a casual cookout on the outdoor BBQ grill. You’ll have fast Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace if you need to check in with the office. A washer and dryer in the unit adds convenience for longer stays or post-concert wardrobe refreshes. Street and on-premises parking make coming and going simple. Bathrooms • Bathroom 1: Ensuite to the private king suite; walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. • Bathroom 2: Ensuite to the sleeping loft; walk-in shower. Important Things to Note • Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Up to 2 dogs are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed. • Sleeping arrangements include a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area. • Parking is first-come, first-served on the street. Parking inside the gate is also available. • Washer and dryer are in the unit. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
