Duo, for access to both units during your stay. • This home has access to the community outdoor pool that is open seasonally and the indoor pool that is open all year round. • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
