The Deo Plaza Apartments are located on Granary Island, right on the Motława River. It is a former granary, one of only three that survived the conflagration of the war. Its current appearance retains the silhouette it had before 1910 and after the 1930 fire. During the renovation, restoration work was carried out in keeping with the colours of historic Gdansk (wall colours, shutter frames and entrances), showing respect for the historic qualities of the building and the site. Deo Plaza is located on the Motława River itself, on the island side of Chmielna - the main street of Granary Island. Perpendicular to the waterfront and Chmielna, Deo Plaza is bordered by Stągiewna Street, which crosses the Green Bridge and is an extension of Długi Targ and thus the Royal Way.
