When you first enter our home, you'll be greeted by our open concept living space and kitchen area. This is entire space is flooded with natural light and boasts gorgeous views of Beaver Lake. The living room has seating and an electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked to whip up a meal or just a good cup of coffee. Off the living room you'll find our sunroom with seating, a dining table, and games. After a long day on the lake, settle into one of our two bedrooms: (1) Our Primary bedroom is complete with a Queen-size bed, dresser, and an en suite bath. (2) Our second bedroom has 2 Queen-size beds, closet, and an en suite bath. (3) There is a Queen-size pull-out bed in the sunroom. Our home is located at the end of street with a few neighbors nearby. Beaver Lake is a short walk down the hill. ★ The walk to the water is short and gently sloped (not very hilly). House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
