The apartment is one mile to I-24 and 3 minutes away from great BBQ! This is an apartment complex. Located in East Ridge, Chattanooga, just a mile off I-24 and minutes from downtown. You can reach downtown in about 10 minutes, depending on the time of day. Important Information: TV Access: The TV is connected to Netflix and Hulu. There is no cable service. Apartment Details: Guests must climb stairs. Potential for noise due to the apartment complex setting. Pets live on the property. House Rules: Suitable for children (2-12 years). Pets are allowed with a $100 non-refundable pet cleaning fee. If a pet is brought without payment, the reservation will be terminated with no refund. No smoking (includes cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana). A $350 smoking fee applies if smoking is detected inside. No parties or events. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Be respectful of other residents in the complex. ID and Verification: To comply with legal and security requirements, you may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify your contact information, and provide a valid credit card matching your ID for verification. Some guests may be required to provide additional credit card information or a security deposit (excluding Airbnb guests). Standard Check-Out: 11 AM Late Check-Out: Available with fees as follows: 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM 100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM Minimum fee of $100 applies, whichever is higher.
