There is a TV, wifi, and a propane stove in the living room, with a sunset view over the water. The dining room is right off the deck, for the perfect space to have a family dinner. The kitchen is equipped with all of the utensils, pots, pans, drip coffee maker, blender, etc that you will need. There is also extra seating for two at the island in the kitchen. The windows and open space allow you to be a part of the action while cooking dinner, or packing lunches for that hike. The 2 bedrooms are on the main floor with the open concept living space. Bedroom 1: Main bedroom with a closet, armoire, and a built in desk. The windows have black out curtains, and a water view. There is a brand new Heat pump/AC in the main bedroom! Bedroom 2: Two twin beds, closet and bureau. The windows have black out curtains. Bathroom: 1 bathroom with a tub/shower, and plenty of storage. Towels and all linens/pillows are provided. Outdoor shower: Wash off from the beach, or shower in the salt air! This is a great experience if you have not ever tried it. There is a grocery store, bakery and restaurants within 3 miles from the house. Bar Harbor and Acadia National park trails are 12 miles from the house. You can rent kayak/paddleboards/canoes locally and have them delivered. Lobster pounds are within 3 miles, and many things to do.
