There is a 3/4 bath in the hallway. This is a 3-bedroom 3 bath custom home set on two city lots. Generous living areas both upstairs and down, birch cabinets, two fireplaces, large deck. Wander about the lovely mature landscaped property which is its own private oasis, tucked in the heart of the city. South window has filtered views of Olympic mountains. Close to downtown and Olympic Discovery Trail. New Casper mattresses and Egyptian cotton sheets for a fabulous sleep. The main level is upstairs. The living-dining-kitchen are open concept to allow full appreciation of the picture windows facing north. The large deck is easily reached. On your left is the full size washer and dryer, full bathroom with separate tub and shower. There is a well-lit room devoted to work-study from home with two desks and chairs. Further on is the master suite with 3/4 bath. Parking: 4 cars is the absolute maximum to park on site. There is no street parking. Yard: has lovely rhododendrons, ferns, decorative maple trees and more. The lawn is large enough to kick around a ball. The bluff on the north side should be treated with respect to avoid landslides and injuries. There is a grill in the yard, and the deck has a full set of patio furniture. Experience the Olympic Peninsula from the privacy of this tranquil space near popular recreation sites, such as Hurricane Ridge the Sol Duc Hot Springs, Olympic National Park, Lake Crescent, and the Salt Creek Recreation Area.
