This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom #1 includes a queen-size bed, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Bedroom #2 includes a king-size bed, a cable TV, sunroom access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower. This home also includes a half bathroom. THINGS TO NOTE: • This home is a walk-in unit with 3 steps required to reach the main entrance. • Washer and dryer in home. • Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis for 2 vehicles. Parking pass will be provided at the gate. • Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees. • This home is equipped with 1 external Ring security camera, located to the left of the front door and monitoring the outside entryway. • Portable crib & high chair provided. • Long-term stays allowed. • Guests of this home receive special discounted rates at the Pointe Royale Golf Course. • The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. • Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason. This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum.
